If the issue is verified, Royal Thread may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.



NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

A product will not be eligible for return or exchange if it has been:

Used or worn

Washed

Altered or modified

Damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Returned without original tags or packaging

Returned after the 7-day return period


Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the website will also not be eligible for return or exchange.
